13 years and older are considered adults and will pay full rate. 

The maximum capacity in our rooms is 2 adults and 2 children of 12 years and under, or 3 adults and one of 12 years and under.  Quadruples are not accepted.

Room rates are subject to an Environmental Sanitation Tax of $93.94 Pesos per room, per night (@$5.50 USD).   Tax will be added to your individual account at check-in.   Amount is subject to change.

- The use of the bracelet for identification of the participants is essential.

- Non-hosted visitors will not be accepted.

- Suite assignment subject to resorts’ availability. Specific buildings, floors or bedding types are not guaranteed unless otherwise specified. 

- Taxes are subject to change at any time. 

- Check-in time: 3:00 p.m. Early check in after 8:00 a.m. an additional charge of half rent will be charged on the group rate. Rooms will be subject to occupancy availability.

- Departure time: 12:00 hours. Late check out until 6:00 p.m. an additional charge of half rent will be charged on the group rate. Rooms will be subject to occupancy availability.

- Meals included in the all-inclusive plan begin with lunch on the day of the participant s arrival and end with breakfast on the day of departure. 

Please fill out the reservation form and you will receive your confirmation by email with the cancellation and no shows policy.   At the moment of filling out the form a credit card will be requested as a guarantee of your stay.   Rooms availability and group rate will be subject to availability.  If you need to make full payment for your stay, this must be done via bank transfer, which will be provided at the time of confirmation of your reservation.

Up to 7 days before your arrival date you can cancel your reservation without cancellation charges.

Any reservation canceled out of time will cause a penalty of two (2) nights rent per room. Charge applicable to the credit card provided at the time of making your reservation.

No show (do not cancel and do not arrive at the hotel) a penalty of two (2) nights will be charged to your credit card.  Charge applicable to the two nights rental charged to the credit card provided at the time of making your reservation.

The aforementioned cancellation and no-show fees will be charged at the regular rates, which include 16% VAT (as the guest is not physically present with their documents; the tax benefit does not apply) and will be charged to the credit card used as security at the time of booking.

The reservation deadline will be Tuesday, October 20th, 2026, or until the hotel no longer has rooms available at the group rate. Once the hotel no longer has rooms available at the group rate, this page will be deactivated. 

- Taxes are stipulated by the Mexican government at the state and federal levels. These taxes will be charged or exempted according to Mexican government regulations. All taxes are subject to change. Taxes in Cancun are currently 16% VAT and 5% ISH.   

- According to the TAX BENEFIT program for foreigners, Value Added Tax (VAT) of up to 16% may be exempt for foreign participants, provided they comply with:

1. Proof of their entrance to the country by providing one of the following options:  

    a) The immigration stamp provided to all international visitors upon arrival to Mexico. Passport must be properly stamped by the immigration authorities. Client or Program attendees will provide these immigration documents to the Hotel upon arrival or prior to Group check out. 

    b) Provide a copy of the Digital Multiple Migratory Form of each participant, with the correct purpose of visit marked, which must be "business", this form needs to be downloaded from the Mexican Government website: www.inm.gob.mx/spublic/portal/inmex.html. Participants will provide this digital form upon arrival or prior to Group check out.
